Los procesos organizativos en el CUM avanzan por estos días en función de potenciar el accionar científico, metodológico y académico tanto en la preparación al claustro de profesores como a los estudiantes y entidades del territorio.
Visto lo anterior se reorganizaron las tareas a los docentes del CUM, donde se promovió a subdirectora a la licenciada en derecho Daylin Rey López, como coordinador de carrera de Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo Local al MSc. Gil Blanco Borges, coordinador de carrera de Derecho y atención al colegio universitario al Lic. Reydelis Gainza Blanco, así las tareas referidas divulgación, extensión universitaria, Tarea vida y medioambiente, trabajo político ideológico, estrategia contra el uso de drogas, entre otras. Todo ello permite elevar la atención e inserción del CUM a las entidades y empresas del territorio.
Punto y seguido merece que dos trabajadores del área de apoyo a partir del sistema de superación del CUM cumplieron con las exigencias y pasan a docentes, lo que potenciará el trabajo docente y científico.
De esta forma se garantiza que el 2do periodo a desarrollarse de septiembre a febrero de 2022 se desarrolle con certeras estrategias en función del banco de problemas de las empresas, entidades y estudiantes.
