Requirements for the identity card procedures:
• Identity document subject to change, except for procedures due to loss.
• Birth certificate for the procedures of correction of error and legal change.
• Prison Release Model for the Prison Release process.
• FAR Licensing Model for the FAR Exit process.
• For the procedure for arrival at 16 years of age, if the minor's card was not updated at 12 years of age, the mother, father or legal guardian of the young person must appear at the time of requesting the identity document.
• Stamp value of 25 pesos national currency for all types of requests.
